Sharden is an extremely powerful Deity-Dragon who owns the title: "Dragon Lord of Shadow." With many abilities he may use at his will, it should come to no one's shock that he is one, or if not, the most powerful dragon to have shadow and dark powers. His origins are unknown, although some speculate he came from another realm, the earliest account of Sharden is actually tied with the legendary Dragon, Tarn. The tale goes that many years ago, Tarn was wounded and almost near death after a feirce reuinon with a powerful animal known as Tanuki. Tarn was resting inside a cave when a dark figure approched him. Sharden. Sharden saw Tarn in his weakend state, and figured that this specific dragon would come in handy. Using his vast power, Sharden managed to fuse his Life Force with Tarn's, and healed Tarn's wounds. After this Sharden helped Tarn strike back against Tanuki, and after a feirce battle, Sharden was bested by a Dragon known as Aether. None know what happend to Sharden after that, but it was not until a 10000 years later, when the Legendary Dragon Lord of Shadow had been seen again. This time, his presence became known. It stated that dark clouds started to swirl in the sky, followed by a large lightning storm. Then, apperantly a large ball of Dark fog plunged form the clouds and crashed into the ocean outside the islands where his first account had been recorded. A Draconian known as FrozenFlame saw this, and took a large ship out to the sea to investigate. Followed by his friend, a Dragon known as Leaf, the ship launched many harpoons into the sea to try and drag up whatever creature had landed in the water. The creature was Sharden, who had been asleep for some time did not like this awakening destroyed the ship, and attempted to kill FrozenFlame, as well as Leaf. After Sharden was freed, he declared his name to the world, and the Draconian and his friend took it upon themselves to stop him. Sharden's goal was to convert the entire world into darkness, and after many days of fighting off Sharden's minions and finding clues towards his history, FrozenFlame figured out how he was going to defeat Sharden. After venturing deep into a cave, that was heavily guarded by Sharden's minions, Leaf and FrozenFlame found a crystal, that according to their sources had the power to open the void. After this, the two confronted Sharden one last time on top of the tallest mountain in the islands and fought him. After Sharden's power was growing weak, the Dragon known as Leaf used his magic to keep Sharden still, that is when FrozenFlame used the crystal to open the void, and suck Sharden in. The world had returned to normal, and the Dragon Lord of Shadow was gone....Or thats what they thought. It was not until a millenia later when similar events took place. Sharden somehow returned a third time, reasons still unknown as to how this happend. Sharden decided to use a different method of world domination, The Dragon Lord found a giant crystal that was left to protect the world from the harmful powers of Shadow. Sharden figured out a way to convert this crystal into his own, and the World once again began falling into Darkness. This is the History of the Dragon Lord of Shadow.
